Bushabout - Sept. 08 Karajini Nat. Park

Departing Well # 4 on the Titchilla track, we stopped via Port Hedland to drop off some fresh fish at my brothers place. 332k's, 5hrs 19min (driving time) later we pulled up at Bea Bea Rest area for the night.

Off early and checked into the Karajini NP by 0830hrs and soon out walking the Gorge.

Okay - 'Been There, Done That'
Tom Price to refuel and take the Hamersly Iron Rail track access road thru to Karratha. View the saftey video at the information Centre and a gold coin donation to the RFD, with permit in hand we are off.

Lost count how many carriages, it was 'LONG'







Just a bit close to the track over night, as the Train Drivers had great pleasure in making sure we heard them coming






Off early to Cleaverville for the weekend.



Too windy to do much fishing, small Nor West Snapper, but did get some good ocky bait at low tide from the rock pools.

Off down the road 143k's to Fortescue River Mouth - goin a 'FISHIN' - see 'FISHABOUT'
